Name: jakelin gomez Rating: 1 Review: I just want to start by saying I don’t usually leave bad reviews, and I don’t like to but in this case it was different. I went in originally just for eyebrow threading which by the way she did an amazing job. My mistake was seeing her offer for eyelash extensions for $35. I went on her website to look at her work and it seemed super nice but the pictures looked so different than what I got. First off she didn’t lay down those white pads that separate your lower lashes so they kept getting stuck on the glue of my top lashes and she kept having to pull them apart which hurt. And when I saw the final result I felt like they looked like spider legs and the inner corners were crooked. When I told her that she pulled it off which also hurt. I know she could tell I hated them because she kept telling me that it will just take me a few days to get used to and that’s how they are supposed to look. Well I ended up paying and going home and over the days the glue got super hard and crusty they were so itchy and it hurt. After 2 or 3 days I called her to get them removed and so I went over and she put the glue dissolver on them and when we went to go wash it off they would not come off! The glue was still as hard as cement. She then gave me a hot towel to put over my eyes which did not help and then she took me to a room where she does the facials and used the steam on my eyes which she had it super hot it started to burn. She kept trying to pull them off and I told her not to do that because she’s pulling off my real lashes but she kept trying to reassure me she wasn’t. She then grabbed these cold glass things I’m sure she also used for facials and started going over my eyes and I think she did that to numb them because she ended up pulling off all of the lashes. At the end of it I looked at the extensions she pulled off and I saw she ripped off so much of my real lashes 💔😭 like atleast a good 30/40 percent of my real lashes are gone because of this experience I’ll never get eyelash extensions ever again. She kept trying to tell me that’s not what happened but I saw the roots of my real lashes attached to the extensions and everything. It sucks because I really wanted to support a small business and she does eyebrow threading really good too but I don’t see myself coming back. Date: 10 months ago
