Review: I appreciate that it is the only hot springs in all of Los Angeles. I did not appreciate that the cleaning lady started hosing down the ground and wall while I was still in the water with 45 minutes left until closing time. All that water coming into the hot pool and cold pool. Gross. If there was another hot springs in LA I’d definitely go to that one.

Review: As much as I love a natural mineral bath, the woman working inside the spa is incredibly rude and stressful. Also be warned that it does not close at 8:00 as listed on the website and google maps, it closes at 7:45, so be prepared to be rushed out of the baths at 7:45 on the dot. And it’s not because I was there at the end that she was rude, as her energy was rushed and short from the moment I arrived. Even in the signs all over the facilities, you can tell the energy is extremely negative — the signs are not “please no cellphones”, they’re like “NO CELLPHONES OR YOU WILL BE KICKED OUT NO REFUND” all over the place. It really sucks to pay for a relaxing experience and get the opposite. I kindly asked for a refund as a customer courtesy when I made it to the lobby (before 8:00 for the record), and I was immediately shut down and told “if you don’t like it, don’t come back.”

Review: Save yourself and please don’t go here. This couldn’t be further from a relaxing, clean, inviting environment. Felt extremely gross after I left, had to shower immediately when I got home. Be prepared for really unclean ‘massage’ and body scrub area. Gross smells. Cheap ‘product’ – can’t even call it that. Never had a worse spa experience in my life. The cold plunge was literally the only good part. I’m so grossed out I feel worried about getting a disease of some sort. There are so many more things I hated but I’ll leave it at that. Save your money.

Review: The policies of the place have changed. Now you can only enjoy the spa for 2 hours, there are signs everywhere, even at the entrance. I don’t think it’s a reason to get angry when a staff member tells you that your time is up. Just be aware and don’t make a big deal out of something so simple. You have to be mature to respect the rules of a place.

Review: Hadn’t been since the pandemic and wow, this place is in need of an upgrade. The pool area smelled like mold and mildew and didn’t feel clean. The showers wouldn’t get hot (I tried four of them) and more than half the lockers were broken. No fresh towels anywhere and just a yucky experience overall. Sad, feels like another once thriving business has fallen on hard time post pandemic. My scrub was meh. Won’t come back, and I used to spend a lot of time here.
