Review: I’ve always appreciated the relaxing environment and services at Burke Williams, but I’m extremely disappointed and concerned after my recent visit. A day after using the wet sauna and jacuzzi at the spa, my wife developed a staph infection. She take hygiene very seriously and have never had this issue before, which makes me believe the facilities were not properly sanitized.
This experience was not only painful but also affected her daily life and required medical treatment. SULFAMETHOXAZOL and Mupirocin. hope the spa takes this matter seriously and reevaluates their sanitation protocols, especially in shared wet areas.
Cleanliness and safety should be a top priority in any spa . unfortunately, we won’t return or recommend Burke Williams until I feel confident that proper hygiene standards are consistently met.
