Review: I had an appointment today. For the second time in a two, my massage therapist cancelled, which is not great but happens. I got a message in the morning that if I wanted a different therapist one would be available. I was not interested. Then at my appointment time, a manager called and asked why I did not show up. He was rude and not apologetic that they had to cancel because my therapist did not show up. Things come up and changes happen. However, I expect a higher level of service when things do come up that adversely impacts a customer, especially when it’s happened more than once. The manager could have been more sympathetic (I scheduled my work around this appointment) and could have done something to make me the situation better (for example a discount or a trial membership – which I was considering before this happened). Very disappointed former customer.
