Review: I’ve been going to Korean spas for 25 years and I have to say Century Spa is the best Korean spa in Los Angeles with its spectacular architecture, all the amenities, and friendly staff.
Edward, the owner, is personable, kind, and hospitable. He goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable by getting you clothes to go to the 2nd floor to visit the sublime Korean cultural area. Edward engages with his clientele and makes sure their needs are taken care of. Tina, the manager, is the QUEEN OF KOREAN hospitality. MONICA is friendly and nice as well. Ditto Angie! All this for a very affordable price. There is no comparable place like Century Spa in the Los Angeles area. This spa is so busy and frenetic, they may need more staff to maintain the cleanliness in locker room area.

Review: This is a great place that I’ve been coming to for years. The facilities are clean and it’s a great spot to spend an afternoon relaxing. The co-ed area upstairs shouldn’t be missed either. The stone Bimbibap bowl at their restaurant is delicious, definitely try that.
The owner Edward is super nice and deserves a shout out. I enjoy chatting with him when I see him around.

Review: This is one of my favorite places in LA. The facilities are always clean and well maintained, and the outdoor area is refreshing place to cool off. The owner is friendly and welcoming and it’s easy to have quiet time to yourself, or to chat with new people too. The main hot tub is huge and has an open to the air skylight above it, it’s awesome to enjoy in the winter if it rains, the cool rain feels so good coming down when you’re in the hot tub. I love the mist sauna after a cold plunge. I go about once a month and always leave feeling clean and relaxed. Totally recommended.

Review: Helen was great. I got the milk and honey body scrub. It comes with a mini facial and hair wash. OMG it was wonderful. I swam in the heated pool for 3 hours. Did all the sauna and steam room stuff and to end the night I ate at the restaurant.

Review: I’ve been a loyal customer at this spa for over 10 years, and I never thought I’d have to write a review like this. During a recent visit, I had a deeply upsetting and humiliating experience that left me feeling unsafe, disrespected, and targeted.
While using the steam room, I was aggressively approached by another guest — a complete stranger — who falsely accused me of lewd behavior. Instead of reporting any concerns to staff (as any respectful guest should), this individual chose to publicly shame, verbally curse, and harass me. The situation escalated in a way that left me feeling extremely vulnerable and embarrassed.
When I reported the incident to the manager, instead of addressing my safety or investigating the situation, he immediately validated the other customer’s accusations. I expressed that I felt unsafe and discriminated against, particularly as a person of color and someone of a larger build — characteristics I believe contributed to how I was perceived and treated. Yet my concerns were dismissed. The manager even justified the other customer’s actions by stating he was a “regular,” further undermining the seriousness of what I experienced.
This wasn’t just about a false accusation — it was about how quickly my voice was silenced and how little my safety and well-being seemed to matter. The lack of accountability and the racial bias I felt throughout this encounter was both painful and infuriating. I left the spa feeling humiliated, unsafe, and deeply disrespected in a space I once trusted.
Everyone deserves to feel safe and free of harassment, especially in wellness spaces. I hope the management re-evaluates how they handle these situations, because if long-time, loyal customers can be treated this way — especially those from marginalized backgrounds — it says a lot about where their values truly lie.
