Review: I called twice morning of NYE to see if I could get a wax. I understand it’s a holiday but no one answered both times. I decided to walk over since I saw they offer spa memberships and wanted to find a place to get my monthly facials if I move to Riverside. Though I couldn’t get an appointment, it smelled sooooooo good I’m leaving a 5 star review for the amazing smell of this spa lol. I’ll plan ahead with an appointment next time, but I’m very much looking forward to coming back 💖

Review: I come here a few times a year when the weather is warm, and it is amazing. I’ve always had a relaxing and peaceful time during my stay. Sometimes I stay elsewhere and just come for the spa. Very emmersive, almost like you’re transported to another world.

Review: The spa itself is beautiful, the massage was good, even though I asked for light pressure and still got a deep pressure (I was very sore the next day). The problem was upon check-in. When my husband and I walked in I noticed the check-in area was very busy. Even though, we were never greeted, offered water, or asked if we were there check-in, so we had to wait. Since it was getting close to our appointment time we decided to interrupt and let them know we were there for a massage. We were finally acknowledged, given our sign in papers and escorted to the back. The spa attendant took my husband to the gentleman’s lounge and left me wandering the halls not knowing where to go. Since the front desk took so long to sign us in, we did not get our first drink. Which I was looking forward to. The rest of the night was great. My husband did however try to purchase a gift card and I think there was an issue with that.

Review: Took my wife for a couples massage for our anniversary. For the most part everything was good.The front desk attendants could use more training on customer service. One of the girls came off as rude but I tried to not let her ruin my day. I wasn’t able to purchase any gift cards because of a system issue, but I really believe it was due to a lack of training. I had some concerns to share with the manager but was told she is really busy during the holidays and that I would not be able to speak with her. They took down my phone number and promised she’ll give me a call back once she’s available. It’s been well over a week now and nobody has contacted me back. The price tag doesn’t match the service…

Review: Spa was a great experience! They aren’t the largest place but they make up for it in service. Our nail tech was so young and informative and amazing. All of the attendants were also super helpful.
And cant forget…
Juice blends and housemade chocolate were a fantastic touch!
Will be back for sure
