Name: Aleta Sonner Rating: 5 Review: This was my second massage at Perfect Balance Day Spa and both have been AMAZING. They have both been couples massages and this time my masseuse was Cambria. She was wonderful! Listened to the areas I needed focused on, adjusted pressure perfectly for an area I am sensitive on, and overall helped make my massage incredibly relaxing and effective. My husband also loved his massage and was incredibly relaxed after. A great way to celebrate my birthday! I even got a free bath bomb as a gift for my birthday.
A note for the couples massage: there is a room upstairs that has the beds side by side for the massage (where we had our first couples massage) but this time we were downstairs in what were technically separate rooms that has a joining door open. I didn’t mind this but my husband preferred the room with side by side beds because it felt more connected for us as a couple. I would agree with that preference as well, but I still didn’t mind the setup of the downstairs rooms.

It has been so helpful at keeping his skin clear and preventing new breakouts. Alyssa is an amazing aesthetician who has been a joy for me and my son. I received an amazing 1 hour deep tissue and and hour facial after. The ambiance is very peaceful and Zen. I had no choice but to relax!!! Def coming back and may bring some girls along!!! She listens to where I tell her my areas of concern are and makes sure to work that area well along with any corresponding areas to help loosen my muscles.
