In the hillside directly behind The Meritage Resort lies Spa Terra, a luxury spa located entirely underground in our 22,000 square foot Estate Wine Cave. The serene subterranean setting features natural stone and copper water walls complemented by Florentine architecture and furnishings. Spa Terra offers a rejuvenating environment unlike any other in the heart of Napa Valley.nnThe spa includes a relaxation lounge and twelve treatment rooms including our signature couples rooms. Both ladies’ and gentlemen’s private lounges feature whirlpools, steam grottos and soothing water walls.

Review: Phenomenal spa experience! The space is absolutely stunning, and the amenities are top-notch—from the gorgeous pool to the relaxing lounges. I had the best massage of my life here, starting with a warm welcome and a glass of champagne. The staff made us feel so comfortable from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend checking it out—and keep an eye out for their specials, they often run great deals!

Review: The BEST Spa visit I’ve had thus far. From walking the property and passing by grape vines and the vineyards in the background, to the greeting and 1:1 concierge treatment, everything was top tier. The spa is actually in a cave, the environment was calm and relaxing. I would definitely recommend arriving about an hour early if possible so you can enjoy the hot tub and sauna before your massage.
They also offer drink and light meals.

Review: We (4 girls) did the Galentine‘s Day special and was very disappointed with our service. First, there was no face massage, it was just oil and a towel being put on our face. A couple of the girls didn’t even get the face massage or foot wrap. The therapists went way too fast while giving the massage. No technique, just fast rubbing. It almost seemed like they were rushing. The calming room was crowded…this could’ve been due to Valentine’s Day weekend. The hot tub was also very crowded and loud. It didn’t make for a relaxing experience. For the price, we just didn’t feel like it was worth it.

Review: I booked for a deep tissue massage and Ryan delivered!!! It was one of the best massages I have had, and I have had many massages all over the world. The spa has a jacuzzi, sauna, and lounge area, but the massage therapists are where this outshines the rest. The bed was so comfortable and heated. Ryan made sure the pressure was perfect and all the tension my neck, shoulders, and back were holding were obliterated by the end of the massage. I literally felt like jello afterwards. Thank you to all the staff who made this experience an unforgettable one.

Review: This is one of my favorite local spas. It is located in a cave and I can spend at least an hour rejuvenating in the steam room and the whirlpool spa before a wonderful stone massage. A walk among the vineyards before going to the spa is also one of my favorite activities before the spa and there are also yoga classes.
