Review: I had a lovely facial by Angela. She is knowledgeable about skincare and courteous about comfort during your service. The spa is quite nice and the staff is professional and welcoming. This was a special occasion (gift) for me. The services are reflective of the price but well worth it and wonderful!! Thank you, Angela!

Review: A beautiful, sterile, corporate spa. Very small compared to most luxury hotels. And sadly since Covid very much downhill in terms of staff and technicians.

In fact, the staff during my short stay made several mistakes, and their manager, Melissa Leo, never really took responsibility, or made an effort to help make up for the inconveniences. She was pleasant, but seemed insincere; none of the staff seem really be trained for a luxury spa.

And of course because it’s in Beverly Hills everything is extremely over priced for the service that you’re getting, did have a good massage, but not worth the $280.

If you make the mistake of parking at the hotel, you’re going to pay close to $25 (WITH “validation”!) not including gratuity.

Would highly recommend the new Ritz Carlton across the street – a better experience overall.

Review: This place is so beautifully and tastefully designed. From the second you are outside the persian jasmine to when you enter is all so magical. They have a nice pool, restaurant, someone playing live harp (i mean common when was the last time you saw someone playing harp) and also spa facilities.

Their spa facilities include facials.. Angela is an incredible esthetician there. So genuinely caring and she knows a lot about the health of the skin. So glad I know her. Highly recommend 🙏👍

Review: Booked the couples massage for me and my wife. We had a great experience. We were a little worried with this being in Beverly Hills but the staff was very welcoming and attentive. Would definitely recommend and will be back whenever we return to LA.

Review: I go to spas quite often & this is one of the best, if not THE Best spa experience I’ve had to date. The 2 front desk attendants were very nice, professional & accomodating. Erick at front desk was very knowledgable about the skincare line & very helpful and sweet. My facial was amazing, massage was amazing, & the therapists for both services were very good at what they do as well as nice. The spa manager was amazing. Lastly, I left a diamond necklace in the locker room, returned after 1 hour & it was still there, so that goes to show that the staff is extremely honest. The spa itself is beautiful, luxe & tranquil. Overall from
Start to finish was a 5 star spa experience and I highly reccomend this spa.
