Review: 5 stars for the massage treatment and therapist, Arnold. He was excellent!

4 stars for the spa facilities themselves which were a bit minimal. Only a steam room, and no dry sauna or pools. They should expand. I will say everything was extremely clean and in pristine shape.

Overall a good experience and all staff were excellent.

Review: I’ve stayed here before, but this recent visit was a banger. Although valet doesn’t accommodate busses, the staff was swift to secure the new large gapping hole in the front. The building itself is very sturdy and another guest didn’t even feel the building shake on impact. Things weren’t so Ritzy this night but, at least everyone was relatively ok

Review: I think this is a fantastic high-quality spa. I especially enjoyed the steam room. My one critique is that I had a massage therapist who waited until my session started to use the restroom. I sat there for 5 minutes on the table, and when you are there, you are paying for every minute of time in the room. She said it would not affect my massage time, but I guess she didn’t think I’d be looking at the clock because she did not make up the time she was gone for. Everything else about the spa was fantastic.
