Review: A Blissful Escape at Omni La Costa Spa
From the moment I arrived at the Omni La Costa Spa, I was in awe. The stunning flowers and beautifully landscaped grounds outside set the tone for the luxurious experience awaiting me inside. The interior was just as breathtaking—tranquil, elegant, and inviting. Every staff member I encountered was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming.
I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of amenities offered. I started my day with the jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and a sound bath in the Himalayan salt room—each experience more soothing than the last. The showers were stocked with everything you could possibly need to refresh and get ready, and the spa robes? I could live in them—cozy, plush, and perfectly warm.
My massage with Vanessa was the highlight of the day. She greeted me in the serene waiting lounge, where I enjoyed spa water, snacks, and an array of hot teas. Vanessa was incredibly sweet, professional, and attentive. I mentioned a few areas that needed extra attention and my preference for a firmer touch, and she delivered the best massage I’ve ever had. Her hands felt truly magical—she found every knot and tension point and worked them away with expert care. I walked out feeling like a million bucks.
Afterward, I enjoyed a fresh and delicious lunch on the patio of the spa café, soaking in the sun and serenity of the space.
This spa is truly extraordinary. Every detail, every moment felt thoughtful and luxurious. I can’t wait to return!

Review: I stayed at a condo at La costa for a week on business. At the end of my trip I visited the spa. While it’s not opulent like the spas in Vegas, it is huge and clean and the services I received were probably the best ever! I had the hydra facial with demanding add on and the La Costa signature body scrub and massage with a 30 min scalp massage add on……and OMG I felt like I’d died and gone to heaven. Spent the rest of the day at The spa pool and the spa cafe which ate are incredible !!!! Definitely will be back!!!

Review: Amazing amenities in a spectacular, serene space. My masseuse (Rosalia) gave me the best massage of my life—she was the absolute best, I have never felt so relaxed! Rosalia embodied every ideal of a massage therapist; she was calm, kind, patient, thorough, and strong. Take your time and spend an entire day when you book—sit by the pool, order lunch (the crab tower and vanilla Panna Cotta are delicious), and enjoy! Cannot recommend this spa (or Rosalia!) enough—absolute 10/10, 5-stars, across the board!

Review: Booked a couples massage here for my husband and I. The massage itself was good / ok. However, signage and parking instructions were terrible. We were also not told in advance the spa appointment covers valet parking. We parked in self parking and got lost in the complex for 15 minutes. We booked an 80 minute massage but only got a 50 minute massage. For $800, there are better places to go. We won’t be coming back.

Review: I spent my birthday at the Spa, having purchased a day pass through Resort Pass. I highly recommend doing this as I got full access to all the wonderful pools and amenities for the full day and an included lunch. On a Monday it was not busy at all and I often had the outside area to myself. The food was very good and fresh (the crab avocado stack and chocolate pot de crème), and every staff member I interacted with was kind and helpful.
