Review: I absolutely adore this place! This is the perfect environment to relax and reset for the day! If you want to get a massage, I highly recommend Christina! She is my favorite masseuse, she is SO STRONG & super sweet. Without a doubt my massages here have been the best I’ve experienced, even compared to some of the nicest spas I’ve been to. 10/10 recommend 💗

Review: My sister and I have been to Rancho Valencia a handful of times. Our mom is who introduced us to this fantastic place. This time was exceptional. There was a storm that hit and it made everything so magical! While my sister and I were swimming in the saline pool the rain started coming down, the drops were so large, and it was so gorgeous! Spending time with my sister is very important to me and to be able to do it in such a peaceful and healing environment was such a gift. The staff is wonderful, polite, accommodating, and very thoughtful. The massage I received was very nice and healing

Review: It was very beautiful, however the crowd was a bit unpleasant and stuck up. I know that usually doesn’t matter because a spa isn’t a social setting. However, the bad energy was hard to ignore. I received lots of stares and bad energy from several other guests. I was literally bumped into by two women and they didn’t even have the decency to apologize or say excuse me. Sad thing is I enjoyed the facility, but the crowd that the spa attracts is not for me (money doesn’t buy class). The resort itself was great though, loved my casita and the other amenities on property.

Review: Beautiful spaces and grounds but extremely un-spa like atmosphere. Couples and friends were very chatty in common areas, not a corner of serenity to be found. If you’re planning to go with a group interested in boisterous fun this may be great for you.
I got there early to relax and unwind but couldn’t find anyplace without people chatting it up. Keep in mind, this was a Saturday afternoon but I was seeking a quiet, calm day and left as soon as massage was complete.
Had a DeepStone massage and was very disappointed in that as well. There was nothing deep about it, basically light gliding of warm stones slathered in oil. Headrest was positioned very awkwardly and therapist didn’t seem very interested in my comfort.
One of the glasses I used for water has a chip in it, almost cut my lip so be mindful. I did let someone know about that.
I’m an avid spa goer and this is first time in my life I’ve left a spa day more stressed than when I arrived!
If you’re going to spend good money on yourself ($380 for massage) I’d recommend going to the Grand or Chopra Center where you can find some peace and serenity.
