Review: Nice spa , pretty busy for Wednesday night 9-11:30 pm. Great deal for the money. $30 entry $4 valet. Massage services were booked up. The mens & womens sections are nude and separated. Its a little weird at first then after awhile you get used to it and get comfortable. There’s a cold plunge, warm bath (not working) & hot tub. Showers include everything shampoo, conditioner lotion, shaver’s Toothbrush &paste. The cooed section has a cold room , salt room , Jade room & huge dry sauna. Kids are allowed and theres a play section for them. Theres a good korean restaurant $12-30.
There’s sleeping rooms and a lounge area with tvs. Massage chairs.
Only complaint was no robes and alot of chatting. Open 24 hrs for extra stay overnight

Review: I love Korean-style spas, and visiting Wi Spa was on my must-do list for LA — and it didn’t disappoint.
The entrance fee is $30 per person, with an overnight charge of $20, making it $50 for a day. We found out a vendor at Korean Plaza sells tickets for $20 (a $10 discount), so we stopped by and bought them in cash before heading to the spa.
The shared spaces were smaller than expected but surprisingly quiet, and the facility was impressively clean, with staff working hard to maintain it. The restaurant offered authentic Korean spa food, and we enjoyed sikhye and boiled eggs while playing board games in the communal area. There’s also a rooftop space perfect for cool weather.
The shower room was fully stocked with essentials like toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and towels. Parking costs $4 for valet, but the lot is spacious, and there’s no extra fee for overnight stays.
If I visit LA again, I’d definitely return!❤️

Review: I have been a customer of this place for almost four years and I come here a couple times a month. Here are my honest thoughts of this place.
PROS:
1. Cheap. The general admission is $30, or you can get discounted at $25 by pre paying ten visits (I’m on my second ten visit voucher).
2. Pretty big given the location. Most other spas around LA are smaller. Both men’s and women’s locker rooms have two baths and the shared area has 5 hot saunas and 1 cold sauna.
3. Food at Korean restaurant in the shared space is top-notch. My go to recommendations are the spicy cold noodles, clam seaweed soup and spicy bulgogi.
4. Open 24/7 at a very convenient location, with the valet parking available for $4.
CONS:
1. Sanitation at Wi Spa is in desperate need of improvement. I’ve often encountered hairs and nails in the bath area, and on one occasion (which I hope I never witness again), someone defecated in the elevator, leaving behind an incredibly foul odor—easily the most horrendous incident I’ve ever encountered. While public defecation like this is rare, more common issues include customers shaving their body hair in the public bath. These behaviors, along with the lack of general hygiene, are contributing to the spa’s sanitation problems, which are largely due to a few individuals who disregard basic manners and etiquette when using public bathhouses.
2. Homeless come into the men’s locker room once in a while. This goes back to my point about sanitation because the entire lockeroom exhibits a strong odour when there is a homeless around (obviously).
3. One of the workers working at Valet is very creepy and inappropriate toward women. I try not to acknowledge each individually but one of the workers insists that he has seen me around and complains about my car, and this is a very creepy comment coming from someone I don’t even know.
Even though the spa could be improved with better management I have stayed a loyal customer due to its convenience— up until recently when I discovered a hot spring paradise not too far away – Glen Ivy (they are a lot better in terms of hygiene and staffing and have made me feel safe). I believe that Wi Spa has much more potential to deliver superior customer experience, only if the management makes more genuine effort to maintain sanitation and improve staffing.

Review: I haven’t been here in 15+ years. The lady at the front desk who checked me in was helpful and gave me the rundown. The saunas are all amazing. I got a massage and that was great. Next time I’ll bring more cash since I didn’t know it’s $4 to park and then you tip the valet cash. The masseur takes only cash tips. I didn’t see where everyone was getting blankets and robes. A few people stopped and asked me, so I know I wasn’t the only one confused. The guy who checked me out was pretty rude and obviously didn’t want to be there. That was the only bummer. I’ll be back and better prepared. Hopefully, I won’t have to deal with the rude guy who checked me out at the front counter again. 🤞🏽

Review: The best Korean bathhouse that I’ve gone to so far! I mean there’s so many amenities. There is a basic bathhouse (nude of course) separate for men and women with your normal fixings— hot, warm, and cold tub, dry and wet sauna. Family friendly, and open for 24 hours! I can only imagine the heating and water bill… If you’re going with the whole family or a mixed gender group of friends, there’s also a clothed relaxation area with mats on the floor where you can take a nap, with some other spas and sauna rooms. Small gym on the ground floor, as well. And of course, there is a great little cafeteria! Honestly probably the best thing about this place. And all for $30! If you’re unfamiliar with the etiquette, brush up online, and if you need reminders— they’re everywhere in the gendered bathhouses. Some tips would be to grab some shorts in the bathhouse area if you’re going to venture up into the cafeteria/co-ed area, since outside clothes are not allowed. Definitely come whether you’re having a treat yourself day or coming with a friend, partner, or family.
